In the event of a technical issue, typographical error, or system glitch resulting in incorrect pricing (including but not limited to ₹0 or significantly lower than intended price), SONAÉ reserves the right to cancel such orders.

If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.

4. PAYMENTS  
All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of incomplete or failed transactions.

5. SHIPPING  
We aim to process and dispatch orders within the stated timelines. However, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, including courier delays.

SONAÉ shall not be held liable for delays once the order has been dispatched.

6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS  
Orders may be cancelled by SONAÉ due to reasons including pricing errors, stock issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  
SONAÉ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from any order placed.

Our total liability, in any case, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order.
