SHIPPING POLICY

At SONAÉ, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

1. ORDER PROCESSING  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES  
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days  
- Other locations: 5–8 business days  

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES  
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

4. ORDER TRACKING  
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Customers are advised to track their orders regularly.

5. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY  
Once the order has been dispatched, SONAÉ is not liable for delays caused by courier partners. However, we will assist you in tracking your shipment and resolving issues where possible.

6. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS  
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order.

In case of an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Delivery may fail or be delayed  
- The order will be returned to us by the courier partner  
- The order will only be re-shipped after it has been received back at our facility  
- This process may take up to 20 days or longer depending on logistics and external factors  
- Any additional shipping or handling charges for re-delivery must be borne by the customer  

No refunds will be provided in such cases.

7. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS  
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, or refusal to accept the order:
- The courier may attempt re-delivery  
- Additional charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer  
- If the order is returned, it will be re-shipped only after additional shipping charges are paid  

8. UNFORESEEN DELAYS  
SONAÉ shall not be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disruptions, courier issues, or regional restrictions.
