We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
• You receive a damaged product
• You receive the wrong product

To be eligible for a replacement, a clear uncut, unedited unboxing video with all labels clearly visible must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are available for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or dissatisfaction.
