REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At SONAÉ, we are committed to delivering premium-quality jewellery. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy.
1. NO RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.
2. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- A clear unboxing video with all labels visible must be provided as proof . The video must be UNCUT , UNEDITED , RAW with NO FILTERS to be eligible for replacement.
Once verified, we will provide a replacement for the same product. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
3. REFUNDS
Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:
- The order is cancelled by SONAÉ due to pricing errors or technical issues
- The product is unavailable or out of stock after the order is placed
In such cases, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
We request customers to place orders only when they are completely sure about their purchase.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.
In case an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- The order will not be eligible for a refund
- The shipment will first be returned to us and then re-shipped to the correct address
- This process may take up to 20 days or longer depending on logistics and external factors
- Additional shipping or handling charges for re-delivery must be borne by the customer
6. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
We do not offer returns, replacements, or refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor color or design variations due to lighting or photography
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
